The qrp_lookupfiles package meets the following requirements:

- Save the following lookup tables required for execution of certain QRP queries:
  - Lab Code Lookup Table
  - Risk Score Codes Lookup Table
  - Geography Lookup Table
  - Tree Lookup Table
  - ICD\-9-CM Child-Parent Tree Table
  - ICD\-10-CM Child-Parent Tree Table
  - ICD\-10-CM Child-Parent Tree Table csv format
  - Congenital Malformation Tree
  - Congenital Malformation Expanded Tree
  - ICD\-10-CM ICD\-9-CM Mapping Table
  - Pregnancy Codes Lookup Table
  - Pregnancy Metadata Lookup Table
  - Pregnancy Duration Lookup Table
- Include an optional module to produce a masked Drug Class Lookup Table
- Include an optional module to produce an ICD\-10-CM diagnosis code Tree Table
- Include an optional module to exclude nodes from the ICD\-10-CM diagnosis code Tree Table
