13 Sentinel Mother-Infant Identification Package

This documentation describes Sentinel Mother-Infant Identification Package 2.0.0. The purpose of the Mother-Infant Identification Package is to identify deliveries of live born infants to mothers and to identify infants. It will create files that will be used by the Data Partner to link deliveries and infants in order to create a Sentinel Mother-Infant Linkage Table. Specifically, this program will identify women delivering an infant from one year after a Data Partner’s Sentinel Distributed Database start date through the end date of the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD) and children with birth dates during this time period. Aggregate data only will be sent back to the Sentinel Operations Center (SOC).
