This file contains information regarding the Data Partners or sites included in the report.

| MASKEDID | Masked identifier for Data Partner in report. |

| DP | Data Partner in which data came from. |

| REQID | Unique request identifier. A concatenation of PROJID, WPTYPE, WPID, DPID, VERID. |
| Format: SAS character $40 | |
| DPVERSION | Version identifier for internal SOC identification and tracking. Tracks each re-distribution of the package (if multiple distributions occur). |

| QRPVERSION | Version of the Query Request Package (QRP) used. |
