Preface

The purpose of this repository is to document version 3.1.1 of the Sentinel Routine Querying Reporting Tool (QRP Report).

This tool produces tables and figures using the datafiles created following execution of a distributed query using the Cohort Identification and Descriptive Analysis (CIDA) module that is part of the Sentinel Routine Querying System.

This documentation describes Reporting Tool capabilities and provides the information required to get started with running the tool. The intended audience for this documentation includes those who:

• Wish to get started with setting up the tool for execution
• Are interested in learning about the various effect estimates, tables and figures produced by the Reporting Tool and how those can be interpreted for an analysis

For details on modifications between release versions, see Table A.1: Modification History. Documentation for prior versions of QRP Report can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate version number in the Modification History table.
